Personality: By far the most cheerful of the Mallark sisters. Tiern prefers to look on the bright side, though this might be because she was too young to remember the events that sent one sister into a fanatical fury and the made the other a social recluse. She doesn't understand much about the outside world, having stayed in her room for a good portion of her life, and Neo won't tell her much either, but she knows the world is in a bad way overall. Tiern strives to be useful to others - she has very few personal motives, and the few that she does have are circumstantial and ever-changing.

Skills:  For now she just draws. The city, people she knows, people she wishes she knew, her parents (from descriptions provided by Neo and Mya), and concept art for her sister's game ideas. It's worth noting that from Neo's descriptions alone, Tiern has been mapping the Underground in great detail, including all the nooks, crannies, and alleyways that serve as Neo's escape routes.
