Clearence Level 4 RequiredFormer SCP #: SCP-3299
Assumed Name/title: Angel
Former Class: E
Facilaty: SS55
Description: Subject 0045 Apears to be a humanoid aged between ██ and ██. Subject seems to suffer from albinoism, having no skin or hair pigment, and pinkish-red eyes. The subject apeers to be completely unresponsive to most stimuli, though it will walk where directed and feed itself when hungry.
The subject, when responsive is generaly obedient and unconfrontational, as long as it is supplied with paints and such. Care is to be taken to provide no shades of red or black to the subject as the effects have been deemed too dangerous to be allowed. After experiments with providing a full range of colors to the subject, and a total of ███ casualties and ██ deaths it was determined that only partial acess to color should be allowed. The safest color to provide insofar as testing has indicated, is sky blue.
The subject's abilaties are extremely dangerous under uncontrolled conditions, but are fairly managable with discrescion. It apears that the subject has little knowledge of her abilaties, but enjoys their use nonetheless.
The abilaties Apear to be based upon [REDACTED].
The color effects thusfar are as follows (Though these have not been extensively tested due to their danger.)
