ABILITIES
* Telekinesis: Olivier gave up his wings in exchange for this power, and he uses it frequently. His favorite way of demonstrating his skill is to force choke people.
* Paralyzing Glare
* Call In The Boys: With an entire mob of archangels under his command, he can summon up a few pawns to do his dirty work.
* Two-Face: Let's flip a coin, shall we? He'll strike a deal with you. Heads usually implies that you are utterly screwed. Tails...well, who knows? You might get a boost, he might get hit, you might get a free shot.
* Pyromaniac: With the ability to control fire, the only logical course of action is to burn EVERYTHING to the ground.
* Break Him: You feel a crushing sense of defeat as he presses your worst fears on you. The higher your imagination, the more powerful this attack becomes. As the Master of Cruelty, he forces you to basically attack yourself as your imagination goes wild and conjures up your idea of torture.

WEAPONS:
* His minions are his primary weapon. They all dual wield pistols.
* His personal weapon is a custom pistol that he gained through shady methods. It's high caliber, it fires fast, and best of all: It looks fucking badass. Black metal with intricate red designs that remind most people of blood-stained victorian lace. He calls it "The Whip".
* Usually, "Break Him" can only force people to feel intense pain. But Olivier thought that was too bland. Long ago he hired a demon to make him a ring that would allow him to utilize his opponent's imagination skill to attack them. This ring is referred to as "The Turning Point".
