Appearence: Perry is short for his age, really short. Measuring up at four feet and no inches, and with a fluffy head of very blond hair, he resents his nickname (Dandilion) Almost as much as he resents his recesive genes. He is quite pale from lack of being outside, and his babyface doesn't help much with his perceived age. He is a bit skinny, with electric blue eyes and an expression of almost constant irritation, you would be irritated too if people kept asking if you had graduated elementary school.

Personality: Perry is one of the most irratable, unfriendly people that you are likely to meet. He is a liar, a hacker, and an all around jerk. Most people are completely unaware of this. then again, most people think that Perry is ten. He can put on a good act certainly, but the fact is that in as much as he is often underestimated, Perry is very, very smart.

Natural Abilaties: Perry isn't much good for physichal feats of endurance or speed in the purely bodily sense, however, he is extremely good at both psychoanalysation, and manipulation.

Power(s): Though he hasn't been able to thuroughly explore them thusfar, perry is able to increase or decrese the friction of anything he is directly or inderectly in contact with, up to the limit of his line of sight. so far the only thing he has acomplished with this is making a teacher fall down a lot in one of his classes, and giving someone a nice static shock off a carpet, still, he feels that he is slowly figuring things out.

History: No, though it is worth mentioning that Perry doesn't have any living family.

Also: Perry doesn't like being touched, he will almost certainly punch you if you try to hug him, or call him adorable....or basically belittle him in any way. He sort of has a complex.
