Personality: Felicity could by described as energetic and quirky. I prefer to call Felicity manic, bipolar, sociopathic and psychotic. She is very, very violent and sees nothing wrong with goring somebody and wearing their skin as an overcoat. One of her favorite sayings is "Have no regrets, that bastard either deserved to die or was going to deserve to die in the future." In combat, Felicity likes to display her power by nearly killing her enemy and then toying with their mind and testing their patience. She loves a good challenge and it's very, very rare that she'll back down from a fight. And due to her Mad Bomber ability...When all else fails, blow shit up. Despite her cold and cruel exterior, Felicity has horrible paranoia issues. She's very alert and if something moves, she's the first to see it.

Individual Power: Paranoia - Yes, she knows that bush just rustled. Yes, she hears you breathing. Yes, she can feel your eyes on her although she isn't reacting in the slightest. Why? Because she's constantly watching, waiting and fearing. She knows that just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not after you.
Main Weapon: Shells - These seashells look harmless enough...Except when Felicity throws them. Mad Bombers are the only Jokers who can properly use Shells and Felicity knows how to use them very, very well. She uses them as landmines, hand grenades and time bombs.
Secondary Weapon: Dice - As is standard for Jokers, Felicity has a pair of black and red 6-sided dice. The number that appears when she rolls the dice is the effect the dice have:
2 - Snake Eyes - You may find yourself feeling woozy and unstable...Almost as though you've been bitten by a very, very poisonous snake.
3 - You Win - Felicity is displeased. You beat her at her own game. Well, that sucks. If you were making a deal with her, you win the deal. If she was attempting to attack you, you regain 20 HP.
4 - Four Little Sailor Boys - You suddenly feel your mouth and lungs fill with salt water. This won't kill you, but it will bring you to the point of near-drowning and cause the worst case of dry heaves you've ever experienced.
5 - Swarm - Oh dear...bugs aren't picky at all when it comes to who they're attacking. You and Felicity both are being swarmed by locust-like bugs.
6 - Anarchist's Cookbook - The ground around you explodes in random places as though you were walking on a minefield.
7 - Seven Little Sailor Boys - 7 gashes appear randomly on your body. None fatal...just enough to make you wish she hadn't rolled a damn 7.
8 - Lucky Shot - Felicity is sent tumbling backwards by an unseen force. You're probably confused.
9 - Nine Little Sailor Boys - My, my you seem exhausted. As though you haven't slept in many, many days. Just don't rest your head, dear. You may wake up to find you no longer have it.
10 - You are elsewhere. Somewhere deep in the jungle, far away from where you last were. Sucks for you.
11 - For a full hour you seem to forget things almost immediately. I hope you didn't need to remember where you were going, how to get there or how to eat, sleep and breathe.
