Natural Abilities: Though rather frail, Lucas is extremely proficient with swords of most types, enjoying their use far more than guns, which he is aquard with. He also happens to be a proficient electrician, stemming mostly from his natural affinity for all things with current.

Maestro Abilities: Currently Lucas can only really generate large light flashes, and minor shocks. He can manipulate small amounts of electricity occuring externaly as well. He has been slowly working to produce "hard light" objects, though he is a while off from such a goal.

Powers

Base: Minor Electrical, light and radiation based blasts and bursts.

Blaast: Lucas Becomes a conduit for all of the ambiant energy around him, allowing him to temporarily increase his output immensly.

History: Lucas was born just before the war began, and, having known little else but running from place to place for the first years of his life, lucas learned at a young age the feeling of going up against an enemy that seemed to be insurmountable. He learned that there were powers far beyond what he could hope to fight or escape, and he learned that in the end, sometimes the good guys really do lose. This he learned over the body of his brother. His brothers name was jim, a marine, and a medal carrier, and yet, with a single sweep of it's arm, a centurion had ended him. It was the second wave of the Legion. It was the experience that would shape the rest of Lucas's life. Thereafter his parents were massively overprotective, keeping him indoors and out of danger, even when the true war was over, and the cities established, he was barely allowed to interact with others....they could be spies...they could be looters, or murderers... Lucas was raised paranoid. Restless, and with budding powers that he couldnt tell his parents about, lest they become even more restrictive, lucas turned to teaching himself swordplay. An exuse to be alone for a few hours soon became an obsession. As time went on, he began to tinker with things, to improve upon the wiring of his home, and the efficiancy of the appliances around him, using his abilaties to streamline his desighns. Finally, aftr several years, at age 14, he finally ran away, losing himself in the bustle of the city. After a couple weeks, Lucas was found by a "Streetlord", a young progidy in the cities main crime family. His name was Axel, and he was going places....well, thats what he said, all that Lucas knew is that after they had become friends, he suddenly had a new kind of family, one that looked out for him, without stifling him, and one that, (rather disturbingly to him at first) would gladly "Take care" of whatever threats were thrown his way.
