Subject, though reticent to cooperate with us, has been "Observed" By subject Mammon slipping out of the time stream. It is speculated that Mugen uses this abilaty to 'Freeze' the world around him, and indeed, has been shown to have inate knowledge of the facility that could only be present due to consistant observation. It is additionaly speculated that the subject uses this as a way to resist out re-education attempts. (The long and short being that he simply walks out of the room out of the time stream for however long he feels nessesary, before returning.) Our knowledge is built upon consistand observation, and the help of subject Mammon. Attempts to slip into or drag subject mugen out of his seperate time-flow, have resulted in very little sucess, and the near death of subject mammon on two occations. One of these was speculated to be hostile, as subject mammon had aged nearly three hundred years in approximately two seconds. Only her unique abilaties prevented her death. Four handlers were 'drained' but subject mammon managed to get to a restoration pod. For further information on this incident see report 99A7-C. Despite his danger, subject mugen may be our first major breakthrough since Ma'at.

Skills: Skilled artist [we think], photographic memory, apears to be adept at combat, but is reluctant to demonstrate. ----------------------------- Notes: If you need my opinion on Mugen, you can read the SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY FOUR incident reports he has elicited. If high command didn't need him i would have had him dealt with a long time ago. OOC: I don't know why i made this charachter a playable one, except that i really like him and i felt like sharing. Also, inspiration is fleeting, and i like to grab it before it flips me off and flies away. | |
